The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. the room was brand-new, clean, and convenient with a coffee maker, seating area, and iron/ironing board.

The staff was helpful and courteous, addressing my concerns promptly. They were very good too ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to the airport and Phoenix mall. The hotel provided a safe storage facility for my luggage and even offered a fresh room for me to freshen up before my departure. The complimentary drop-off service to the airport was a pleasant surprise.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect and easily accessible with service that was top-notch. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The room service was great and the housekeeping staff always kept our room clean and tidy. The laundry and wake-up services were reliable and timely. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities were exceptional. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected with our friends and family.

there were a couple of instances where they ran out of certain items like Amul butter and apples, which could have been better stocked. Apart from that, the experience was good. The staff members, Shriya in F&B and Shubham at the front office reception, were really good and provided excellent service.

There was a bit of inconvenience during my check-in. Although I had booked a room in the morning and requested an early check-in, I was asked to wait for an additional hour upon arrival.

My thanksgiving stay was incredibly enjoyable due to the hotel's amazing complimentary breakfast and superb room service. The prime location near several tourist attractions and restaurants made my stay much easier. the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating.

The hotel's parking area was not very secure, and the hot water was not available for an early morning bath.
